EXPERIENCE

#LearnwithMentorFredy has played a pivotal role as a learning coach and mentor, guiding numerous learners across prestigious institutions such as the University of the Philippines (Institute of Small-Scale Industries and School of Labor and Industrial Relations), University of Asia & the Pacific (in collaboration with the People Management Association of the Philippines), and De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. His expertise spans critical areas including Personnel Management, Organizational Planning and Development, and Quality Circles.

Since 2019, Fredy has been instrumental in facilitating MBA classes at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, focusing on Business Communication, Strategic Human Resources Management, and Leading Organizational Change. Furthermore, since 2020, Fredy has served as the Global Learning Partner of the International HR Institute (IHRI) for the CSRP program (Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional).

Fredy's extensive business partnerships, cultivated over two decades, underscore his leadership as Head of Administration and Human Resources in renowned companies such as The Medical City, Ericsson, Accenture, and McKinsey, among others. He has spearheaded numerous organizational transformations, both on a global and regional scale, driving progressive bottom-line growth.

Certified as a Strategic HR Business Partner, Total Rewards Specialist, Recruitment and Selection Professional, and Associate Fellow in People Management by the esteemed Philippine Society of Fellows (PMAP), Fredy's qualifications are a testament to his expertise. He graduated from the Master’s program in Industrial Relations at the University of the Philippines.

Fredy's impact extends beyond academia and corporate boardrooms; he has consistently been recognized as one of LinkedIn's Top 100 Filipinos for three consecutive years, in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
